Ashura Adam Shabani
I am a Marine Science scientist with interests in a wide range of marine related subjects such as aquaculture, fisheries and marine ecological questions, and have predominantly focused on aquaculture nutrition and production techniques and coastal social-ecological systems to support fisheries management decisions. I have explored questions in a range of other fields, including fisheries biology and marine biofouling, half pearl farming, community no take zones and marine mammals conservation. Therefore, my work integrates diverse disciplines including fish nutrition, fish biology, farming system, marine resources conservation, community empowerment, fisheries management and climate science. My previous works focused on aquaculture nutrition and feed production, production of insects based protein, Fish pond construction, wetlab and fish hatchery design, design and construction of cage system.
